A behavior plan will be applied as a result of continuous failure to follow the classroom rules. A behavior contract will be created after a conference with the student. The contract will consist of goals, benchmarks and a timeframe that will assist the student’s misbehavior to decrease. Positive reinforcements will be provided as the student reaches benchmarks listed on the contract.
If this plan fails then another meeting will be conducted with the principal and social worker in order to devise an appropriate plan.
