Functional Behavior Assessment
Functional Behavior Assessment is used to identify behavioral problems. Many different strategies are used in order to target and change the unwanted behavior.
Below is a sample FBA of a student who did not clean up right away when play time was over. The amount of reminders (frequency)
to follow directions for a specific task were collected.
The student was told to put away his toys many times before the task was completed.
